Q.How does it work?
    A. Choose a restaurant, Pick what you want, Submit it, **CALL DISPATCH to confirm your order**, and we'll have it to you 15 to 30 Mins after its ready. If you don't call within 5 mins of submitting an order, it is automatically cancelled and you'll have to place the order online again.

  A. We Deliver to a five Mile radius of Downtown Salt Lake City.
As far North as 1200 N
As Far East as 2300 E
As Far West as 1300 W   
As Far South as 2300 S

Q. How much does it Cost?
   A. The Cost is based on your distance from your restaurant of choice.
                  -The farther away you are from the restaurant the more the cost, starting at $4.99
                  -But your delivery fee will never be more than $7.50

Q. I want to order from a restaurant not on your list. How do I do that?
   A.                -Easy-
       1.Call your restaurant of choice (in the five mile radius of Downtown).
       2.Place your ORDER with your NAME.
       3.Text or Call us  at 801-651-7996 with 
                 -THE RESTAURANT NAME
                 -YOUR NAME
                 -YOUR ADDRESS
                 -TOTAL COST OF YOUR ORDER
                                         - We Pay for Your Order and You Pay US When We Deliver it. 

Q.Does the Delivery Fee Inlude a Tip For the Cyclist
     A. It Does Not, Our Cyclist Depend on your Generosity to Keep feeding themselves and Doing what they love **BIKING**
             Also it Depends on Service, if your cyclist was nice n' cool, tip em, if they sucked call dispatch and we'll take some actions about it.

Q. Does Get Go Charge My Card as soon as i Place My Order?
      A. Get Go Delivery Does not charge you until your food is in your hand and is Correct. We Have It on File incase we need to refund you or resolve a billing issue.

Q. No one ever answers! whats up with that?!?
        A. we get catering order/special requests and general long queues that requires the involvement of the whole team, including dispatch to make sure everything goes smoothly, thats our mission to make sure your request arrives as smoothly as our tires roll on concrete. so please leave a message or txt us and we'll do our best to GET back to you.

Q. What if i don't pay? or being super difficult and unreasonable? or just a big jerk?
     A. Well that sucks! and also you will be Banned for life from using our service nationwide including bicycle courier collectives in all 51 states! it only takes one time.
